Challenge

The client needed a trusted partner who could engage the right C-level executives in dialogue and create sales traction for their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) proposition.

To help the client’s sales team understand context, it would also be important to map out each target organisation’s structure, across different geographies and business units.

Solution

Working closely with the client’s team Fast Track Solutions developed and delivered a series of messages specifically designed to pique their interest given each target’s role and their industry. 

Target roles included CEO, Group Directors and Heads of Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, IT, Procurement and Change.

Fast Track then set began an outreach prospecting programme using telephone and email to build on contact data researched by telephone and internet.

Results

  • Sales appointments with qualified buyers for brands including HSBC (at global level), Ageas UK Ltd, Talk Talk, Admiral Group and Endsleigh
  • A sales pipeline worth over £10m in annual revenue potential from an investment of £40k
  • Market awareness created both of the brand and its new value proposition
