Our Team Members
Christine has 28 years’ experience of commercial management roles in every business function.
A polyglot fluent in Arabic and French, she founded Fast Track Solutions in 1997 and sees herself as a change agent. She’s also an enthusiastic student of communication, language and psychology, and has introduced the use of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) within the business.
Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in sales and new business development having formerly been a buyer for WH Smith, a sales manager for Andrew Brownsword cards and an independent BDM consultant. His experience brings a deep knowledge of buying processes in the retail, publishing and IT sectors. The latter half of his career has been spent in sales and new business development roles within software and solutions markets, equipping him to hit the ground running for clients who have to deal with selling into teams and managing more complex sales processes.
With a degree in journalism, Alison brings the team creativity and systems expertise in addition to exceptional communication skills. She is an accredited expert in consultative selling and has hands-on experience of selling a variety of consultancy solutions. Her knowledge of purchasing practises in different sectors is extensive, as she has experience selling into both public and private sector and, more unusually, into the manufacturing sector. She also has experience of undertaking competitor and end-user research.
Anne contributes a wealth of experience in technical services marketing, with 25 years’ experience in communications and leadership roles. Highly articulate. Since joining Fast Track, she has acquired a deep understanding of purchase processes within health, training and public sector markets.
Vicky has over 10 years’ experience in business to business telephone marketing. Since joining Fast Track Solutions she has contributed to the success of clients in a variety of solutions markets, including software, communications, and capital equipment. She has become highly competent at communicating value propositions succinctly and appropriately, tailoring her message for the audience on the fly. Her attention to detail and commitment to doing a great job makes for a top grade account manager.
With a flair for rapidly assimilating information, Debbie brings hands on research and data manipulation skills to the team. Over a period of 11 years, she’s supported our work for clients targeting resellers and end users in retail, food and drink, engineering, printing and distribution, keeping tabs on their evolution and decision making practises. She also provides data analysis for market research projects, whether for the public, private or voluntary sectors.
Melissa joined the company in 2015, bringing fresh blood and vigour to the team. She has a broad understanding of both psychology and marketing, and is a quick learner who has learnt to rapidly bring value to our clients. Her role involves providing administrative and database support as well as the careful research of companies, and their people, which underpins the quality of our outputs.
